What makes you different from other coaches?
I believe that i'm different from other coaches as the programmes that I provide are bespoke and unique to you as an individual.
Is there a minimum commitment term?
There is a minimum of 8 week commitment required.
What people do you work with?
I coach many people of all ages and walks of life. Whether you are looking to improve your lifestyle, take your training to the next level, prepping for a photoshoot, getting back in pre-baby shape or simply just want structure and accountability with hitting your health and fitness goals, I will be here to guide and support you every step of the way.
Do I have to give up the foods that I love?
No, there is no one food group or food item that will stop you from reaching your goals. There is no reason to cut out any food from your diet, as long as you stick to the calorie and macro goals that are provided. 
Do I need a gym or can I train at home?
My training plans are fully tailored around you, your goals and your lifestyle. A gym is not always necessary but this will all depend on the goal that you want to achieve. I have a number of clients who train from home and are achieving incredible results. On our consult call, you just let me know what equipment you have access to and leave the rest to me.
